The Bankless team is growing! We're looking for a Media Operations Manager to join us. This is a remote position but looking for someone to cover EST and European timezones.

Over 2 million people stream the Bankless Podcast every month. We ship ~10 podcasts/videos a week, and we never miss. BanklessHQ is looking for an A/V wizard to supplement our fast-paced, fully remote workstream. Versatility and efficiency are a must. 

Requirements: 

• A/V Chops
• • Proficiency in recording, mixing, editing, and publishing of multi-track audio and video content 
• Content Strategy
  • • Fluency in social media, cross-posting, and brand messaging
    • Understanding and leveraging the YouTube algorithm
    • Proficiency in capturing, editing, and optimizing both original and repurposed content
    • An in-depth knowledge of SEO is a plus!
