The Wanderers are a team of artists, developers and entrepreneurs creating story-driven experiences for Web3. We are looking for a creative and determined marketing genius to join our growing team.

Marketing Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for owning the Marketing initiatives of the Wanderers by actively telling and expanding upon the story while working with cross-functional teams to create content, build out editorial calendars, and improve social media engagement & outreach.

Tasks will include:

• Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive community growth and engagement
• Overseeing and managing day to day social media accounts across all channels to engage existing web3 community and establish community in web2
• Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
• Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
• Communicating and negotiating with ad agencies, marketing partners and PR writers
• Analyzing and addressing community feedback and campaign performance
• Working with leadership team and Community Manager to grow the Wanderverse
• Partner with team and event partners to execute IRL events and experiences

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field, MBA a plus
• Experience with NFTs, startups, gaming industry and web3 a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A strong voice that is casual enough to resonate with the culture of NFT / crypto while still exuding professionalism.
• 3 + years experience in planning and managing social media initiatives
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
• In tune with Wanderers community, language and culture.
• An attitude of openness and inclusion--Wanderers seeks to build community with people across all backgrounds (country, race, gender, religion, etc)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter. Ability to operate autonomously in a start-up environment
